What is your return and exchange policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We want your shirts to fit you. All unworn and unwashed shirts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, exchange for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping when requesting a refund to the orginal payment method.

How do I start a return?

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return

2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email

3. Send all items back to us using the label provided

How does your sizing run?

Our products come in a variety of sizes, and we recommend checking our size chart before making your purchase to ensure you get the best fit. Our size chart provides measurements for each size, and we suggest comparing your measurements to the chart to determine which size will fit you best.

How do I handle an order that was a gift?

We are happy to help! Please reach out to our customer service team through the form below and include the name of the person who bought this item. We will look up this order number for you to initiate a return/ exchange.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Nautical Tough Outfitters strives to provide same day shipping, as long as the order is placed before 2pm eastern time. If we are unable to fulfill your order quickly for any reason, we will surely reach out!

What are your customer service hours?

An employee will be available to answer calls from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday- Friday and 9 a.m - 4 p.m on Saturdays. If you would like to contact us out of business hours, feel free to fill out the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
